Details
A Clipper card is an all-in-one transit card for the Bay Area. With money preloaded, it can be used to access almost all transit in the Bay Area. You save money on the cost of most trips by using your Clipper card. For example, a one way Zone 1 trip on Caltrain using your clipper card is $0.50 less. SoHay residents get $200 cash value preloaded on your card.
You can use your card on most transit agencies in the Bay Area. Find them all.
You can order extra cards for every member of your family.

To check your balance or add cash value, call the automated center at 877-878-8883. Be prepared with the clipper card number on the back of your card.

What can you do with your new clipper card?
You can hop on any bus, BART or ferry in the bay area or rent a bike. Plus transferring between transit systems like BART and Caltrain is seamless with a clipper card.

Pay by Mobile Wallet
You can transfer the funds from your physical Clipper Card(s) to a mobile device virtual wallet. You will need your physical Clipper Card(s). The physical card will no longer work after the transfer. Contact the SoHay Transportation Coordinator for instructions.
